Goodpack, a world leader in steel intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) operating more than 4 million containers across 78 countries, faced a complex S&OP challenge: poor predictive forecasting, suboptimal global inventory balancing, no automated order allocation or what‑if capability, missing KPI visualization, and weak adherence to the S&OP process.
