Sentry, a software monitoring platform, faced a challenge in closing the loop between identifying bugs in its system and actually fixing them. The solution enabled a seamless workflow where Seer's root cause analysis is handed off to a Claude agent, which then writes the code fix and opens a PR. By leveraging Anthropic's managed service, a single engineer shipped the initial integration in weeks instead of months. This eliminated ongoing operational overhead and allows Sentry to efficiently process over a million root cause analyses a year.
