They partnered with vendor Anthro-Tech to create a modern, unified digital experience to improve public engagement and build trust in government.

Anthro-Tech's solution involved comprehensive user research, organizational change management to unite eight distinct workgroups, and a migration to a modern CMS. The results were highly successful, creating an intuitive and accessible platform that allows the public to easily find legislative information. The project resolved 28 accessibility issues, united eight subcommittees, and collected feedback from over 1,300 users, greatly improving transparency and public engagement.
