Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center improves wayfinding with Anthro-Tech’s signage and kiosk guidance

Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center faced a challenge with its stressful and confusing wayfinding experience, which risked patients missing appointments or facing serious situations. They consulted the service design vendor Anthro-Tech to explore how to create a system that better served their patients.

Anthro-Tech conducted research and recommended improvements to pre-arrival instructions, staff empowerment, and static signage. Following the project, Legacy Salmon Creek implemented a new static signage system and invested in resources for their volunteer staff. Anthro-Tech also provided the medical center with a set of best practices for any future consideration of digital kiosks.
