A Anthology Case Study
YTI Career Institute, a multi‑campus vocational school, struggled as it expanded to five campuses: financial aid packaging and processes varied by location, a new credit‑hour program created exceptions, and mounting regulatory complexity forced advisors to spend large amounts of time on back‑end processing instead of working with students. To solve this, YTI engaged Anthology to deploy its student information system and financial aid automation tools.
Anthology implemented automated eligibility checking, exceptions management, COD import/export, automated payment posting, G5 reconciliation and alternative loan workflows, which eliminated many manual tasks (large batches that once took most of a day are now processed automatically) and ensured ledger/COD date alignment for compliance. The result: advisors now spend more time advising — average meetings increased from about 30–45 minutes to roughly 75 minutes — students receive funds faster, audit/reporting confidence improved, and Anthology’s solution is being scaled to all 13 campuses with auto‑award functionality planned.
