WentWorth Institute of Technology faced a dated, text‑heavy alumni site (built on iModules in 2014) that was not mobile responsive, hard for staff to manage, and poorly aligned with the institute’s upcoming .edu redesign. Wanting a faster, user‑friendly solution to better serve alumni and support strategic initiatives, WentWorth worked with vendor Anthology (via the iModules/Encompass platform) to pursue a quicker, modern redesign.
Anthology’s iModules in‑house design team used the Encompass platform to build a custom, responsive alumni site with features such as a hero image rotator, manageable homepage, interactive tiles, responsive email templates, and an “Update My Profile” link—making content easy for WAA staff to update and alumni to use. The results were measurable: a 94% increase in online registrations and 51% increase in golf tournament revenue, a 10% rise in online gifts and 70% increase in average gift, nearly 600 profile updates in under a year, ~15% increases in users, pageviews and sessions, and a 54% drop in bounce rate—demonstrating Anthology’s clear impact.
