Bridgepoint Education, serving nearly 55,000 students across Ashford University and University of the Rockies, needed a more responsive, scalable recruiting and enrollment system to shorten speed-to-lead, streamline recruitment workloads, and centralize data analysis. To address these challenges, Bridgepoint partnered with Anthology, leveraging the CampusNexus CRM event-driven model and the iServices API along with a rules engine and custom action framework to create a repeatable, near-real-time integration architecture.

Anthology’s solution standardized integration patterns and eventing across eight high-volume business processes, enabling more than 100,000 messages to be queued and processed daily and allowing teams to create and route over 125,000 leads per month within seconds. The implementation improved lead scoring and Do Not Call scrubbing in real time, accelerated project turnaround, reduced reliance on third-party systems, and saved Bridgepoint about $125,000 annually while providing a scalable platform for future growth.
