Valley College increases enrollment 100% in just 12 months with Campus Management’s cloud-based student information system

Valley College, a three-campus institution with expanding online programs, struggled with paper-driven admissions, poor cross-campus visibility, manual financial aid processes, and heavy regulatory reporting. To modernize and scale, Valley College partnered with Anthology and implemented CampusNexus Student with an integration to Moodlerooms for online academics.

Anthology’s CampusNexus Student centralized data, automated financial aid packaging and compliance reporting, and enabled single sign-on and real-time analytics for recruitment, retention, and academic progress. The results: enrollment nearly quadrupled across campuses and online, retention and placement rates increased by 25%, financial aid packaging capacity tripled (with the same staffing processing over 100 students per campus), and reporting workload dropped to roughly one quarter of the previous effort.
