The University of Virginia Darden School of Business faced the challenge of coordinating all communications and registration for its 2016 Reunion Weekend and keeping alumni up to date across web, email, and social channels with cohesive, mobile-friendly messaging. To meet this need they used Anthology (formerly iModules) solutions, including the Encompass database for personalized email tokens and the alumni website platform to consolidate event information and registration.

Anthology implemented a mobile-friendly “all things Reunion” landing page with clear left-hand navigation, plus segmented, branded emails using Encompass tokens and role-based content for registrants and non-registrants, and supported social engagement via Pinterest. The coordinated approach helped streamline registration and attendee communications and supported a successful Reunion attended by nearly 800 alumni, demonstrating Anthology’s impact on event engagement and information delivery.
