University of Nebraska - Lincoln faced an aging, hard-to-support recruitment system (the home‑grown NuView interface) that prevented segmented outreach and drove high marketing and recruitment costs. To modernize prospecting, tracking, and lifecycle communications, the university selected Anthology’s CRM to provide a configurable, multi-channel platform for targeted recruitment campaigns.
Anthology implemented a CRM that unified email, phone, SMS and web communications, automated segmented campaigns, and imported SIS and test data. The solution now supports 200 users across six groups, imported 76,000 student records in eight weeks, and enabled more than 250 marketing campaigns that delivered 450,000 personalized emails; UNL ran 50+ concurrent campaigns, launched over 500 targeted campaigns in three years, and cut postage costs by nearly 50%, while greatly improving tracking and analysis.
