University of Missouri - Customer Case Study

The University of Missouri’s Mizzou Alumni Association faced the challenge of modernizing its alumni website to boost engagement, drive repeat visits, and better track performance. Working with Anthology and leveraging Encompass tools, the association focused on improving content, interactivity, and analytics across Mizzou.com to reconnect alumni, fans, and friends with the university.

Anthology helped implement features like Video of the Week, Encompass-powered monthly polls and Mizzou IQ trivia, expanded Tiger Tales memory centers, interactive Homecoming and campus virtual maps, and mobile audio tours, alongside analytics scorecards and site refinements. The results were measurable: a record 252,701 unique visitors (up 19.79%), page views +11.5%, sessions +18.5%, memberships peaking at 42,178 with ~20% renewing online and 2,500+ new online applications, and eight CASE District VI awards.
