Union Graduate College faced the challenge of separating from its undergraduate administrative system, eliminating duplicate data entry and cumbersome reporting, and doing so on a tight schedule ahead of a move to a new graduate center. To address this, Union Graduate College selected Anthology and deployed Anthology’s student information system with CampusNet® Cloud managed hosting to replace legacy systems and enable web self-service.

Anthology implemented the new system in under six months and ran it for two terms before the campus move, giving UGC a single database and real-time reporting. As a result, the School of Education achieved 100% online registration for the first time, staff workflows and reporting were streamlined (eliminating shadow systems), and students and faculty gained convenient online access to applications, financial aid, registration and transcripts — all enabled by Anthology’s solution and managed hosting.
