To centralize recruiting and streamline admissions, Touro partnered with Anthology to implement Anthology Reach as an integrated application system and CRM.
Anthology deployed Anthology Reach (built on Microsoft Dynamics 365) and worked with Touro to customize workflows and Power Automate flows, consolidating data across all campuses, funneling third‑party and program‑specific applications into the student system, and eliminating roughly 30 data bridges for medical programs. The Anthology solution delivered a single source of truth, automated communications for thousands of inquiries, consistent policies across 35 colleges, improved staff collaboration, and clear visibility into application and enrollment trends.
