A Anthology Case Study
Palm Beach State College faced the challenge of building a sustainable assessment culture to improve teaching and learning and to keep assessment work moving through staff changes and the COVID‑19 disruption. To standardize data collection, reporting, and planning across programs, the college implemented Anthology solutions — notably Anthology Outcomes, Anthology Planning, and Anthology Insight.
Anthology’s tools gave faculty visual, roll‑up reporting that made results tangible and encouraged buy‑in: Outcomes provided immediate graphics showing student benchmark attainment, while Planning and Insight supported program-level analysis and tracking. As a result, Palm Beach State College is about 75% through its assessment cycle, has nearly as many individual student results as the prior year with more assessments loaded, and is using those data to drive conversations about curriculum, program improvement, and continuous quality improvement.
