The Sage Colleges turned to Anthology for support when it launched a first-ever “$100K in a Day” centennial fundraising challenge on September 19, 2016, asking alumni, employees, and friends to raise $100,000 in 24 hours. To run the campaign, The Sage Colleges used Anthology’s Encompass suite—Content Management, Online Giving, and Email Marketing—to build campaign pages, an online giving form, and targeted email communications.
Anthology assigned a project manager to launch the Encompass tools, creating an informational campaign page with a live donor map, social-share assets and hashtag promotion, a customized online giving form (designation options, matching gift links, donor prompts and a birthday-wish comment box), plus a coordinated email series and social media outreach. The result: $213,142 raised (213% of the goal), 830 donors, $52,000 in matching challenges met, and record-breaking numbers for single-day online and individual gifts—outcomes The Sage credits to Anthology’s platform and support.
