The College of Wooster partnered with Anthology to top its record-setting #GivingWooDay from 2014. Working with Anthology’s iModules tools — Online Giving, Event Management, and Email Marketing — Wooster’s goal was simple but ambitious: raise more money from more donors than the prior year.
Anthology helped implement matching-gift challenges, a launch video, a segmented multi-touch email program, frequent social updates and campus outreach with online ambassadors and targeted volunteer asks. The campaign raised $227,927 (a 236% increase over 2014) from 912 donors (a 165% increase), with more than half of donors sharing on social media and faculty/staff gifts rising 900% to 120 gifts.
