The College of Wooster - Customer Case Study

The College of Wooster, a private liberal arts college with over 22,000 alumni, ran #GivingWooDay in December 2014 with a goal to raise $47,320 from 350 donors. To drive the campaign, The College of Wooster used Anthology’s iModules Encompass tools, including Online Giving, Event Management, and Email Marketing, alongside social media and video outreach.

Anthology helped implement an event page, “Save the Date” and thank-you emails, a customized online giving form with suggested ask amounts, and coordinated social media ambassadors and video updates; the campaign raised $67,678.10 (143% of goal) from 344 gifts (98% of goal), the largest single-day online giving total and highest-earning giving challenge the college had ever hosted.
