A Anthology Case Study
Texas A&M University-Kingsville faced fragmented enrollment processes with recruitment, admissions, financial aid and international services operating separately and using manual communications. To consolidate data and automate outreach, TAMUK selected Anthology to deploy a Strategic Enrollment Management CRM to unify channels, track prospects across the student lifecycle, and provide a 360-degree view for all enrollment departments.
Anthology implemented a configurable CRM that centralized campaign management, automated personalized multi-channel communications, and shared prospect data across divisions while protecting privacy. As a result, TAMUK saw a 224% increase in freshman applications, reduced applications received after April to 10%, and increased admits from targeted growth areas by more than 50%, with analytics enabling ongoing campaign refinement.
