Streamlining Processes and Empowering Users with a Modern ERP

Southeast New Mexico College, a public community college that became an independent institution in 2021, needed a modern ERP quickly after losing access to its previous system. Facing an aggressive timeline to be ready for spring registration, the college selected Anthology and its suite—Anthology Student, Anthology Finance & HCM, Anthology Payroll, and Anthology Reach—to replace siloed processes and deliver an interconnected, modern solution.

Anthology partnered with SENMC on an accelerated implementation—meeting timing goals, conducting weekly reviews and testing, and going live with Anthology Student (with Anthology Finance live and Payroll scheduled next). The new system reduced manual, spreadsheet-driven work, removed institutional silos, improved student self-service usability, and freed staff time to use dashboards and data to drive decisions; Anthology Reach will further support recruitment, reporting, and retention efforts.
