Santa Barbara Business College faced a time-consuming and error-prone process for calculating, monitoring, and managing satisfactory academic progress (SAP) across five campuses because those tasks were handled manually outside of CampusNexus Student. To address this, Anthology’s Managed Services team and CampusNexus Student were engaged to streamline SAP processing.
Anthology reviewed the college’s SAP policy, configured, tested, and deployed an automated solution that sends staff alerts and student communications, runs SAP inside CampusNexus Student, notifies advisors of at‑risk students, and assigns remediation activities tracked by management. The Anthology implementation eliminated the manual SAP workload, reduced the likelihood of errors, and improved timely intervention through automated notifications and monitored remediation.
