Penn State World Campus, part of Penn State’s system of 24 campuses and serving a global student body, needed to scale recruitment and communications without increasing staff, replace a high‑maintenance legacy system losing vendor support, and extend a unified CRM across multiple departments. The solution enabled a go‑live campaign to 300,000 prospects, supports 350 additional users, powers 100× more one‑on‑one interactions, and maintains data on more than 1.25 million additional constituents—reducing costs and freeing staff for higher‑value work.
