Penn State World Campus, part of Penn State’s system of 24 campuses and serving a global student body, needed to scale recruitment and communications without increasing staff, replace a high‑maintenance legacy system losing vendor support, and extend a unified CRM across multiple departments. To meet those challenges they partnered with Anthology and adopted the CampusNexus CRM to centralize prospect and student engagement.
Anthology implemented CampusNexus CRM across World Campus and Undergraduate Admissions, creating a 360‑degree view of communications, improving collaboration, and automating workflows. The solution enabled a go‑live campaign to 300,000 prospects, supports 350 additional users, powers 100× more one‑on‑one interactions, and maintains data on more than 1.25 million additional constituents—reducing costs and freeing staff for higher‑value work.
