A Anthology Case Study

Prioritizing students, streamlining processes and collaborating with peers keys to engage success

Wayne State University, with over 25,000 students, faced inefficient student organization management and manual event and election processes after migrating from OrgSync. To address these challenges the university implemented Anthology’s Engage platform, prioritizing easier organization registration, streamlined event reservations, campus elections, and student training resources.

Anthology’s Engage was rolled out to simplify registration, replace paper-based reservations, and provide an elections tool and on-demand training. As a result, Wayne State’s registered student organizations grew from just under 300 to over 500 in three years, event reservation work for the front office dropped by 75%, and the campus has seen multiple successful unit elections and record-breaking Student Senate voter participation using Anthology’s tools.
