Oklahoma State University Alumni Association (OSUAA) had an outdated website with the same look since its 2008 launch on iModules and was losing effectiveness as mobile traffic rose nearly 40%. The Association engaged Anthology (iModules) to deliver a mobile-optimized redesign focused on simplified content and easier navigation.
Anthology’s iModules design team executed a full site redesign with responsive templates, refreshed content, standardized image formats, and coordinated prelaunch promotion. The relaunch produced measurable gains: nearly a 6% increase in total sessions (47% of that growth on mobile, 10% on tablet), about 6% more new users (47% growth among mobile new users, 4% on tablet), and a drop in average bounce rate from 54.05% to 5.63%—an almost 90% decrease.
