To solve this, the university selected Anthology and deployed a higher‑education CRM (Campus Management’s CRM platform) to centralize student concierge and recruiting functions.

Anthology implemented an integrated CRM tied to the student information system with chat, email, and a knowledgebase, plus automated round‑robin lead routing, workload caps, and self‑service tools. The solution delivered a 24/7 student concierge, improved lead routing and reporting across all affiliates, and centralized communications—helping the university manage 146,510 contacts and 403,975 calls since 2007, with 84% of 100 staff using the CRM daily and reporting high satisfaction.
