Ireland’s Largest Medical School Transforms Recruitment Processes Amid Pandemic

RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Ireland’s largest medical school with over 3,000 students from 60 countries and campuses in Dublin, Bahrain and Dubai, faced fragmented recruitment processes and limited visibility into campaign ROI. To unify recruitment and engagement, RCSI selected Anthology and its CampusNexus Engage platform as part of a broader digital transformation.

Anthology mapped and automated recruitment workflows, configuring CampusNexus Engage to replace three separate marketing tools, integrate with RCSI’s student records and website, and automate roughly 300 stages across multiple teams; the solution went live June 29, 2020 with about 60 remote training courses delivered.
