Emerson College’s Development and Alumni Department had outgrown its previous online engagement system, struggling with a limited events tool, poor reporting, and data integration problems. To improve constituent service and internal efficiency, Emerson College selected Anthology’s iModules Encompass platform, a configured solution providing content and data management, email marketing, events and online giving, mobile support, and analytics.
Anthology implemented a tailored Encompass site and supported Emerson with Professional Services for their major Alumni Weekend and other initiatives. The deployment produced measurable results: a 25% increase in online registration for Alumni Weekend, 315,000 emails sent across 115 targeted campaigns in four months with open rates as high as 64% (45% for a new-graduate welcome), fewer registration support calls, and streamlined reporting and event administration.
