Kansas State University wanted a one-of-a-kind family welcome center that would surprise and delight visitors while staying authentic to the university’s story. To achieve that, the university partnered with Anthology and implemented CampusNexus CRM to capture and manage campus visit details and personalize the visitor experience.
Anthology integrated CampusNexus CRM with a massive interactive video wall and touchscreen that lets prospective students build a digital path of interests and push that engagement to their mobile devices for schedules, maps, and program details. The solution has been well received by parents and students, is being considered for expansion to current-student and career services layers, and earned Kansas State University the 2017 Excellence Award for Student Innovation; usage analytics are still being compiled but early feedback is highly positive.
