A Anthology Case Study
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University—Worldwide (ERAU-W), a leader in aviation and aerospace education serving over 26,000 students across 150+ locations, was experiencing growing pains from rapid enrollment: an unmanageable volume of calls and emails, long hold times and slow financial-aid turnaround, limited visibility into enrollment metrics, and constrained capacity to follow up on leads. To address these challenges, ERAU-W partnered with Anthology, deploying Anthology Student Services (24/7 student support including chat, online self-service, and an automated dialer) to add capacity and stabilize student-facing operations.
Anthology extended ERAU-W’s teams, absorbed inquiry volume, qualified leads, and managed admissions and financial-aid interactions around the clock, freeing internal staff to focus on mission-critical work. The results were dramatic: a 25% increase in aid packages processed within six months, annual financial aid processed rising from $3.8M to over $24M in three years, inquiry turnaround cut from 4+ days to minutes, loan/verification response time reduced from two months to 24–48 hours, a single-day disbursement of $3.8M, and applications up more than 14% year over year.
