Estácio, Brazil’s second-largest university system with over 500,000 students across 84 campuses, faced a fragmented recruitment and enrollment process for its master’s programs with leads coming from print, TV, call centers and a website but no consolidated view. To better track prospects and deliver personalized engagement, Estácio partnered with Anthology and adopted the CampusNexus CRM solution to centralize data and tailor communications across channels.
Anthology implemented CampusNexus CRM and professional services, integrated seven platforms, and helped Estácio create a dedicated Central de Captação unit with 170+ contact flows for simultaneous, personalized campaigns. The results were dramatic: new student enrollments grew 92% year-over-year (2H 2014 vs 2H 2013), leads rose from 3,397 to 37,228, application-to-enrollment conversion improved by 55% (to 62.3%), mean time to contact was 1 minute 34 seconds, and capture costs fell about 7% per student — clear, measurable impact delivered by Anthology.
