Central Arizona College faced inefficient, siloed processes across admissions, registration, and financial aid that forced staff into time-consuming clerical work and limited collaboration. To address this, the college partnered with Anthology and implemented Anthology Student (alongside other Anthology products) to centralize enrollment management, scheduling, academic records, and financial aid workflows.

Anthology implemented a centralized Student system with automated financial aid, a redesigned scheduling tool informed by faculty input, and a student portal with degree progress auditing. The result was a dramatic shift to advising-focused work: learner self-service rose from under 4% to 44% (an 11x increase) over five years, clerical workloads were reduced, cross-department transparency improved, and staff gained time to support student success.
