College of the Rockies engaged Anthology to link Encompass forms from their main site and support a newly created alumni and donor engagement department. Prior to the project the college relied on mailed donation checks and had no centralized alumni database, so their challenge was to capture alumni data and modernize the giving process using the Encompass platform.

Anthology implemented a complimentary microsite built on Encompass and launched it alongside the college’s Alumni Network Event, encouraging alumni and donors to complete new forms. Anthology’s solution made Encompass the college’s primary database, started the alumni database build-out, and streamlined the donation process—opening new giving opportunities and positioning College of the Rockies to better meet its fundraising goals.
