Botho University, Botswana’s largest private tertiary provider serving more than 4,000 students and founded in 1997, faced significant challenges capturing applicant data, processing information, responding promptly, and providing consistent access to student records. To address these issues, Botho partnered with Anthology and implemented the CampusNexus suite (student information system and CRM), aiming to modernize workflows across admissions, finance, student services, and career services.
Anthology implemented an Integrated Management System based on CampusNexus that eliminated manual processes, improved data accuracy, increased transparency, and delivered major time and cost efficiencies—particularly in admissions where applicants now use online portals and staff spend more time advising. Across finance, student services, and career services, Anthology’s solution streamlined invoicing, debtor management, performance monitoring, appeals processing, and internship tracking, resulting in reduced data entry errors and better overall service delivery to students.
