Austin Peay State University Enjoys First-Time Successes with iModules

Austin Peay State University faced a fragmented advancement technology stack that left online content non‑mobile, made online giving slow and hard to manage, and scattered data across multiple systems. The alumni relations team at Austin Peay State University needed a single, easy‑to‑use platform to streamline giving, reduce training overhead, and improve donor engagement, and selected Anthology’s iModules and Encompass solutions to modernize their online advancement presence.

Anthology implemented iModules (with Encompass online giving and CMS) and launched a streamlined, mobile‑friendly giving site and campaign hub (GovsGive.com) in six weeks, enabling staff to make immediate updates, send automated gift acknowledgements, track gifts (including phone gifts), and capture richer donor data. Using Anthology’s progress indicator and pre‑filled donation flows, Austin Peay State University ran its first 90‑hour #GovsGive event and raised $148,301 (165% of the $90,000 goal) from 455 donors (136 new), with all eight university areas meeting goals and record‑breaking single‑day gift metrics; a phase‑2 alumni site rollout with Encompass is now planned.
