A.T. Still University, a private graduate health sciences institution, faced a heavy administrative burden: more than 18,000 applications a year (many from seven third‑party agencies) and a cumbersome online donations process that impeded advancement efforts. Anthology was engaged to provide web services technology and online fundraising/giving modules to streamline application data integration and simplify donor transactions.
Anthology’s solution automated application loading into the student information system and introduced one‑click online giving with PCI‑compliant payment processing. As a result, ATSU processed 18,356 new applications in one cycle for 557 open seats with fewer than 10 people in the residential admissions office, and Anthology’s fundraising tools contributed to a five‑percent increase in credit‑card giving in a single phone campaign, significantly improving staff workflows and constituent service.
