The George Washington University School of Business needed to accelerate enrollment conversions for its online and in-person Professional MBA programs and sought a collaborative partner to help meet aggressive targets. To execute this initiative the school engaged Anthology, using Anthology Enrollment Services to develop a focused strategy for lead nurturing, prospect engagement, application completion, and revenue-driving enrollment for upcoming terms.
Anthology implemented a three‑pronged plan—an intensive engagement campaign to re‑activate and qualify over 3,500 prospects, a 16‑month communications and nurturing program with mobile‑friendly content, and enrollment advisors who acted as an extension of GWSB’s team to move leads to completed applications. The results included a 30% increase in submitted applications (30% year‑over‑year for the full academic year), an 18% boost in applications for Spring 2016 versus Spring 2015, a 10% increase in Spring/Summer enrollments, and an estimated 2,243% ROI from the initial engagement campaign.
