Anthesis executed a two-phase solution, beginning with a depot energy audit and the calculation of the organization's Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions. The vendor then modeled reduction measures against potential targets to create a detailed decarbonization roadmap. This process empowered Salix Homes with the data needed for informed decision-making and provided a clear list of actions and commitments to progress towards its carbon reduction goals.
