A global fashion retailer needed to improve its understanding of the European sustainability landscape to address risks and leverage new opportunities. To tackle this, they engaged the sustainability consultant Anthesis to help develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability roadmap that aligned with their parent group's agenda.

Anthesis supported the retailer by conducting extensive research on sustainability trends, benchmarking against peers, and performing a materiality assessment. This work informed the creation of a detailed, strategic roadmap that prioritized key actions.
