Delivering Energy-saving Technology Across UK Sites for Jones Lang LaSalle

JLL, a global real estate company, was challenged with helping a global bank client achieve net zero operations by 2030. They commissioned the vendor, Anthesis, to independently verify and then manage the rollout of an innovative energy-saving additive designed to improve boiler efficiency across the bank's UK portfolio.

Anthesis first conducted a Monitoring and Verification study that proved the additive could deliver average gas savings of 13%. Following this, Anthesis project managed the full national rollout of the technology to approximately 400 sites. The results were significant, with projected energy savings of £1.8 million and a reduction of 8.3 million kgCO2e over ten years, achieving a payback period of just 1.6 years for the client.
