The client needed a sophisticated tool to simulate various energy conservation measures and build the necessary business cases to meet these goals and comply with regulations like MEES.

The solution implemented by Anthesis was a comprehensive carbon management and business case modeling platform. This tool automated energy savings calculations for numerous measures and incorporated a detailed cost model. The project identified highly effective strategies, such as air source heat pumps, which showed an average ROI of 132%.
