The Pacific Institute sought to address water risk in the Noyyal-Bhavani River Basin in India, where multiple apparel brands have facilities. Their challenge was to coordinate these companies and drive informed action by developing a comprehensive understanding of both basin-wide and facility-level water challenges. To achieve this, they engaged Anthesis to conduct a detailed water risk assessment.

Anthesis developed an interactive Tableau dashboard by synthesizing data from global tools, local research partners, and facility-level information. This solution provided a clear visualization of shared water risks, which the Pacific Institute used to effectively communicate with stakeholders and gain buy-in for collaborative solutions. The dashboard, delivered by Anthesis, was instrumental in helping the three apparel companies contextualize their risks and align around ambitions for the next phase of the project.
