JoJo Maman Bébé, an omnichannel retailer of maternity, baby and nursery products with over 80 stores in the UK and Ireland, wanted to move beyond a paper‑card, single‑channel loyalty approach to increase customer lifetime value, convert one‑time buyers into repeat customers, and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. To achieve this, JoJo Maman Bébé partnered with Antavo to design the JoJo Clubhouse loyalty program.

Antavo implemented the JoJo Clubhouse on its Enterprise Loyalty Cloud (including Mobile Wallet technology), introducing a stripes‑and‑tiers logic, diverse tiered rewards (welcome £5, coupons, events, VIP experiences) and non‑transactional engagement drivers. After year one Antavo’s solution helped lift average order value (+23% for new customers, +10% for existing), shorten time between orders (−35% new, −24% existing), and drive purchases (new customers 1.3 purchases/year; Clubhouse members 4.9 purchases/year), improving retention and overall customer engagement.
