How Antavo Helped Represent Build an Experience-driven Loyalty Program That Grants Members a Feeling of Exclusivity

Represent is a British high-end streetwear label reaching 1.2 million people per week on social media and sold in 150 stores worldwide. Facing the need to improve the customer experience and journey, boost retention and sales with better data, and increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value while combating discount culture, Represent launched the Represent Prestige loyalty program powered by Antavo’s customer loyalty SaaS platform in July 2018.

Antavo implemented a tiered, points-based program (1 point per £1) with instant-gratification rewards (e.g., free worldwide shipping for 50 points, 10% off for 150 points), six membership levels with exclusive perks, retroactive points for prior purchases, 50 bonus points at sign-up and an initial double-points campaign. The program was rolled out to 66,000 existing customers and generated 1,600 registrations in the first two weeks, driving immediate member engagement and providing the data foundation to improve retention and customer LTV.
