PepsiCo Russia, the largest food and beverage manufacturer in Russia and the CIS, needed to better leverage its 29-brand portfolio to deepen brand engagement, unify customer profiles and drive personalized cross-sell and upsell campaigns. PepsiCo partnered with Antavo, using its loyalty management platform and campaign services to run targeted brand activation programs across digital and in‑store touchpoints.
Antavo implemented time‑limited engagement campaigns for the Domik v derevne brand, integrating its platform with PepsiCo’s CRM, Emarsys ESP, CMS, DMP, Google Analytics/GTM, local social networks and third‑party rewards systems; Antavo also built two custom mobile‑number validation integrations to enable real‑time mobile‑credit rewards. The integration was delivered in four weeks and a scalable infrastructure in six weeks (hosted on a Russian cloud for data residency), the campaign proved highly popular—all rewards were claimed before completion—and drove measurable increases in content engagement, social sharing and account registrations.
