How Antavo Helped Diamanti Per Tutti Build a Truly Omnichannel Loyalty Program That Increases Purchase Frequency And Encourages Brand Love

Diamanti Per Tut, a contemporary jewellery brand based in Antwerp with retail stores across Europe and Asia, faced low purchase frequency and needed a premium, omnichannel loyalty solution that wouldn’t dilute its luxury positioning. To engage an affluent audience, drive second and third purchases, unify online and in-store data, and cultivate influencers and brand ambassadors, Diamanti Per Tut partnered with Antavo and implemented a loyalty program built on the Antavo Loyalty Management Platform called The Diamond Club.

Antavo built a tiered, points-based program (carats, €1 = 1 carat) with three public tiers (Radiant, Emerald, Marquise), a hidden Ambassador VIP tier for influencers, QR-code in-store linking, and Magento/Odoo integrations to create a single customer view. Antavo’s implementation included retroactive crediting of six months’ worth of purchases to jump-start participation; the result was high engagement rates from launch, increased unplanned purchases and word-of-mouth, and faster CRM insights into customer behavior.
