GetPlus by Global Poin Indonesia is a mobile-first coalition loyalty program serving 500+ in-store and online partners and over 1 million members. Seeking a more flexible, coalition-capable platform to enable partner-specific earning rules, clearing and settlement, and future gamification/community features, GetPlus partnered with Antavo and implemented the Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud for its mobile and coalition capabilities.
Using Antavo’s platform, APIs, webhooks and no-code workflow editor, GetPlus launched a revamped program in November 2022 that supports partner-specific earn & burn rules, tiering and reward orchestration at scale. In the first 11 months on Antavo, ~423k new members enrolled (~44% of the member base) and 87% of members transacted more than twice; redeemers bought ~32× more often and spent ~50× more (about 2× higher AOV). Tiering drove strong LTV uplift—96% of Gold/Platinum members transacted, Platinum purchase frequency was 54× higher than Silver and Platinum AOV was multiple times higher—demonstrating Antavo’s measurable impact on engagement and revenue.
