KFC partnered with Antavo to replace its stamp-based loyalty scheme with the KFC Rewards Arcade, powered by Antavo’s Enterprise Loyalty Cloud. KFC wanted to move away from slow, stamp-collection mechanics and create a fun, arcade-style instant-win programme that reflected the brand’s playful personality while increasing app downloads, purchase frequency and broader appeal.
Antavo delivered a gamified in-app solution with no-code, configurable Workflows to control win probabilities and reward allocation. The Rewards Arcade lets customers play after qualifying orders (from £3 / £7 for delivery), play twice daily for a chance at one of 12 edible rewards, and claim prizes instantly; the launch drove a 53% increase in app downloads, 31% of customers using the app more often, a 40% redemption rate (up 6% vs. the previous programme), a 26% rise in weekly active users and a 100% acceleration in project delivery thanks to Antavo’s platform.
