Love, Bonito, the largest vertically integrated omnichannel women’s fashion brand in Asia headquartered in Singapore, launched LBCommunity+ to deepen its community-driven customer relationships. Powered by Antavo, the brand faced the challenge of creating an engaging, omnichannel loyalty program that would boost customer spend (frequency, AOV, retention and NPS), map and incentivize online-to-offline journeys, and remain modular enough to test new, viral initiatives for its modern Asian audience.

Antavo implemented a hybrid earn-and-burn plus tiered loyalty system — LBCommunity+ — with clear point rules, referral bonuses, a S$5 welcome gift, tiered exclusivity (including “Book a Stylist” sessions), digital Mobile Wallet passes, and a Magento–Emarsys gift card integration for secure omnichannel redemptions. The program quickly scaled beyond Singapore, driving over 5,000 sign-ups monthly and lifting acquisition and engagement on- and offline while simplifying in-store ID and reward redemption and reducing unauthorized gift-card use.
