Club Rip Curl, Rip Curl’s lifestyle membership program, needed a way to deepen engagement with surfers and turn surf activity into measurable loyalty while delivering personalized communications and convenient mobile member IDs. To do this the brand partnered with Antavo, using Antavo’s Enterprise Loyalty Cloud / Loyalty Platform to build an earn‑and‑burn program tied to the surf lifestyle.

Antavo implemented a points engine and no‑code Workflows that integrate with Rip Curl’s Search GPS watch via API so members earn points for waves surfed, plus bonuses for profile completion and birthday vouchers. The Antavo solution drove strong business impact: 97% of members made at least one purchase since the July 2022 launch, members now generate 20% of weekly sales, and overall purchase frequency grew 22%—all tracked and managed through Antavo.
