MyModanisa, an international eCommerce fashion retailer focused on modest women’s wear, partnered with Antavo (using Antavo’s Enterprise Loyalty Cloud technology) to launch the MyModanisa loyalty app across five continents and 140+ countries. The retailer’s challenge was to build a multi-language, multi-currency loyalty program that would increase customer lifetime value (AOV and purchase frequency), support region-specific rewards, and incent non-transactional behaviors like product reviews.

Antavo implemented a hybrid tiered program with earn-and-burn points, custom spend-threshold earning (10 points per €30 equivalent), five region-specific program instances, and a Yotpo integration to reward reviews and collect zero-party data. The MyModanisa program drove major impact in year one: ~4X increase in revenue, 57% more transacting members, ~2X growth in average customer spend and AOV, and platinum members (7.8% of base) accounting for 50% of spend, 34% of purchases, ~8X higher purchase frequency and ~7X higher spend versus Silver — all delivered on Antavo’s platform.
