Quali, a cloud‑sandbox provider that automates the DevOps lifecycle, needed a better way to engage third‑party developers, capture and act on product ideas, deflect service cases, and avoid hiring more support staff. Its previous mix of point solutions and ticket‑based idea submissions left suggestions buried and support overloaded.

Quali deployed AnswerHub to create a centralized community with an ideation workflow, custom idea states, and article “cards” linking to GitHub.
